Grade 2 listed Terraces at 9 & 11 Nelson Street, Southend-on-Sea

SKARCHITECTS LTD are pleased to have secured planning permission and listed building consent for the works at the grade 2 listed  4 storey terraces at No.9 and No.11 Nelson Street.

The proposal aims to preserve, maintain, and modernise the buildings to create modern and attractive offices, and enhance the heritage significance of Nelson Terrace as a whole at the same time. 

The works will involve careful restoration and replication of the missing period features, and complementary additions and upgrades.  All interventions will be functional and in the long term historical interest of the properties.
