6 no. residential town houses on the site of an open air car wash, 315 Station Road, Westcliff on Sea - Planning appeal allowed and planning permission granted


The latest approved scheme is a follow up to the approved four planning permission scheme and our discussions with the Client and Southend Borough Council Development Team.
The proposal is for a six unit domestic terrace broken into two blocks fronting onto the north side of Station Road. The blocks will create a vista and focal point to slow the pace of the vehicular highway and provide new much improved views along Station Road and the end of Pembury Road and Cobham Road.

The proposal will provide a new small housing development to the highest quality adhering to current design guidelines, national and local policies, best practice and customer expectations. It will also encourage urban regeneration, assist in delivering economic growth and much needed high quality small scale houses which will create choice in the market place for single people, couples and small families.
