Steven Kearney

Principal Steven Kearney is an architect with a wide range of experiences in both the public and private sectors. He has been fortunate enough to have received several awards from the RIBA, Civic Trust and The Arts Councils. Steven, has been a representative on the RIBA Regional Council and is a past Chair of the RIBA Eastern Region. He has also been a member of the regional’s Inspire East Design Review Panel, Peterborough Design Panel and has written papers for CABE on the value of good design in particular within the planning process. This was based upon Steven’s experience at Southend on Sea Borough Council as the Head of Design and latterly as the Head of Planning & Transport where he was responsible for large service areas covering strategic planning, development control, building control, traffic & highways, transportation and parking.
